I recently tried FuntionHealth that does several blood tests, and one of the tests came back and told me that I am 13 years younger. Wow! So what did I do to be 13 years younger?
It’s incredible that my latest blood test shows I’m 13 years younger than my actual age! As a biohacker, I want to share in this video what I’ve done to achieve this impressive effect. Over the past 10 months, I’ve focused particularly on two areas: exercise and nutrition.
When it comes to my diet, I’ve learned that drastic changes are often hard to sustain. That’s why I’ve gradually parted ways with unhealthy habits. First, I eliminated alcohol, then reduced sugar, and finally cut back on processed foods. Instead of junk food, I now eat more vegetables and find a better balance.
Additionally, I practice intermittent fasting, adjusting my timing to ensure I don’t eat for more than 3 Pence. This has been challenging, but it has helped me tremendously in losing weight.
Consistency is key when it comes to exercise. I’ve developed a morning yoga routine and alternate between strength training and cardio in the afternoon. I stick to my program even when it gets tough.
The results speak for themselves: in addition to a younger biological age, I’ve also lost 15 pounds and 3% body fat. I’m not at my goal yet, but I’m staying committed and continuously refining my routine.
My advice to anyone looking to improve their biological age: make gradual changes, monitor your diet, stay consistent with your exercise routine, and track your progress.
