How to make your own healthy protein bar

In the below video I share how I make my favorite healthy protein bar. If you have a sweet tooth, the below bar might be a very healthy option.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 banana
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • bit of salt
  • 1 cup protein powder
