So, let’s channel our inner superheroes and dive right into today’s topic: achieving the health trifecta by aligning our workouts, food, and rest.

You’ve probably heard of the trifecta in horse racing, right? It’s when you correctly predict the first three finishing horses in order. Well, in the race to optimum health, our trifecta is workouts, food, and rest.

Now, I know what you may be thinking, “But, I’ve been working out, eating right and sleeping well. Why don’t I see any results?” Well my friends, the secret lies not only in doing all three but in aligning them perfectly.
